Bakso or meat ball its very famous in Indonesia. The fact, bakso is from china. in China, bakso its a food of meat, pig meat, that combine with tapioca flour. But, because most religion in Indonesia is Islam, pig meat changed be cow meat.

if you come to Indonesia , you can find Bakso everywhere. In village or Town. most Bakso seller is Java people. We usual eat Bakso with noodle, cabbage, bean sprouts, etc.
